In addition to the services provided with our Faster package, we will:
Provide up to six office hours (capped at two per week), during which you can work with us directly to answer any research and design questions you have.
*Note: Outlined timing is tentative and only achievable assuming you provide us the assets and iterate designs as we recommend in a timely manner–in other words, timing to some extent depends on you!
We can test a variety of things, but following are some of the most common use cases:
Depending on how complex the questions are, tests can typically done in as few as five business days while still providing meaningful, actionable insights.
We will provide actionable insights with recommendations based on actual user feedback. Our insights will also be targeted – we will recruit participants who are likely to use a product you offer, not just anyone on the street. We will also provide fast, concise reporting. We will share insights as soon as we get them. This means we won’t spend unnecessary time packaging them into a visually appealing report with unnecessary words. Rather, we will provide a concise report with visuals, actionable insights, and potential impact to end users.
This service is aimed primarily at clients working on consumer-facing digital products–i.e., B2C, not B2B. Given time constraints and privacy considerations, this services is generally not ideal for health care clients or those with HIPPA considerations, nor is it a good fit for banking or finance clients.
